Teri Calderon leads the People Operations function at Field Nation and is also the interim leader for Customer Operations. Recognizing that the employee experience directly impacts the customer experience, Teri believes in a workplace culture that puts the employee and customer at the heart of every decision. In a rapidly-changing world of work, Teri embraces an agile approach to people operations and leadership. One in which talent management programs are developed incrementally and always with the overall company strategy and vision in mind.
